Busy weekend ahead for RCMP snowmobile patrols

Justice, News

Cartwright RCMP hit the snowmobile trails this week to ensure everyone was safe and sober while riding.

Constables Sullivan and Rayner patrolled the trails on their way to Black Tickle, ensuring helmet use, proper gear and adherence to the rules and regulations. They were happy to report that no enforcement actions were required, and everyone they met was dressed appropriately for the weather.

As we head into the holiday weekend, police will be patrolling roads and trails across the province looking for impaired operation, seat belt and helmet use, safe driving and proper documentation.
