Assault With A Weapon Charges Laid After Disturbance in Pouch Cove
Sunday, May 3rd shortly after noon, RNC responded to a disturbance at a residence in Pouch Cove. After investigating, officers arrested a 32-year old man at a home in Torbay. He was charged with Assault with a Weapon, Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Mischief (property damage), Uttering Threats to Cause Death, and Uttering Threats to Damage Property. He was held to appear in court this morning.
