Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act Statutory Review Committee seeking written submissions
The Committee established to conduct the statutory five-year review of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 would like to advise the public and public bodies of the opportunity to make written submissions to the Committee on the provisions and operation of the Act. Written Submissions are to be received by October 9, 2026. The Committee is required to submit its final report by January 31, 2027.
