52-Year Old Arrested for Causing Damage and Breaking Furniture at Topsail Road Home
Wednesday, April 8th shortly after 9:30pm, RNC were called to a residence on Topsail Road, where a woman reported that a man in the home was causing damage and breaking furniture. Once on the scene, officers learned the 52-year old man had also made threats towards the woman. He was arrested and taken into custody, charged with Mischief – Property Damage, Threats to Cause Bodily Harm, and Resisting Arrest. He was held to appear in court today.
