45-Year-Old Man Arrested Following Domestic Disturbance in Mount Pearl
Monday, March 2nd just after 9pm, RNC responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence in Mount Pearl. On the scene, police spoke to occupants and witnesses, then arrested a 45-year old man. He was charged with Uttering Threats, Mischief, two counts of Assaulting a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Breach of Release Order. He was held to appear in court Tuesday morning.
