Municipalities NL calls on province to increase funding for small towns trying to survive

Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador, the association that represents more than 270 small-town and urban constituencies is calling on the provincial government to allot more money to municipalities desperately trying to survive. NTV’s Rosie Mullaley reports.
