Officers are at the scene of a multi-vehicle collision on the Trans-Canada Highway in the westbound lane, just east of the Team Gushue Highway exit.

The TCH westbound remains closed at Allandale Road.

Officers at the scene have reported multiple vehicles using cell phones to capture video while passing the collision scene and are ticketing drivers.
