RNC patrol members conducted a traffic stop on Tuesday afternoon in the center city area of St. John’s.
The male driver was identified and police determined that he had four warrants in effect for his arrest.
The 23-year-old male was arrested without incident and was taken to the St. John’s city lockup for a court appearance.
