The RCMP have arrested 44-year-old Donald Frost of Michael’s Harbour in connection to a break, enter and theft that occurred back in July at Chelsea’s Fish and Chips.
The accused was arrested earlier this morning and is charged with break and enter. He was released from custody and will appear in court at a later date.
The investigation is continuing.
