A 50-year-old male was arrested on Sunday morning after the RNC were called to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the city center of St. John’s.

The man was charged with assault causing bodily harm, assault, and uttering death threats.

The accused was taken to city lockup to appear in Provincial Court later that day.
