Just before 2:00 a.m. this morning the RNC observed a male who was known to police, walking in the downtown area.
The male was failing to abide by his release order to remain within his residence between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
As a result, the 39-year-old male was arrested and held for a court appearance.
