Around 12:40 a.m. overnight the RNC were called to an assistance call at a business in the centre city of St. John’s.

When officers arrived on the scene, the man became very agitated and aggressive.

Police quickly gained control of the male and arrested him for uttering threats to damage property, breaching a release order and breaching a probation order.

The 43-year-old male was transported to the lockup to will attend court in the morning.
