Overnight, the RNC in western Labrador responded to a disturbance at a residence in Labrador City.

As a result of the investigation, officers arrested a 43-year-old man.

He has been charged with two counts of assault, impaired driving, and driving over the legal limit.

The accused was held to appear in court.
