RNC officers were called to a west end business shortly after 10 p.m. Friday night to reports of unknown trouble in progress.
When police arrived on scene they located a male causing a disturbance wearing only his underwear.
The 57-year-old male was arrested and charged with causing a disturbance and mischief. The male was held to appear in court.
