Trinity-Conception RCMP investigating break, enter and theft, seeking public’s assistance
Trinity-Conception RCMP is investigating a break, enter and theft from a Bay Roberts hardware store, and asking anyone with information to contact police.
On March 27, police responded to a report of a theft from a hardware store on Conception Bay Highway in Bay Roberts. An individual was captured on video surveillance breaking glass, entering the store and removing a framed piece of National Hockey League memorabilia, before leaving the scene on a bicycle.
The theft occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 26.
The suspect is seen on camera wearing a toque with a face covering, a grey sweater, blue jeans and brown boots. If you have any information about the suspect or the location of the stolen item that could support this investigation, please contact police at 709-596-5014.
