Man arrested for armed robbery in downtown St. John’s
A 24-year-old man was arrested last night after he reportedly held up a business in downtown St. John’s with a weapon.
At 8:30 p.m., RNC patrol officers responded to an armed robbery at the business, where an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes were stolen.
The man was found with the help of the K-9 unit. He’s scheduled to appeared before a provincial court judge today.
