John Hogan launched his bid for the provincial Liberal leadership on Thursday.

He spoke to a packed room of supporters at the Hampden Inn and Suites in St. John’s. Hogan is the second candidate to officially enter the race. John Abbott announced Tuesday he is running for the job a second time.

Labrador MP Yvonne Jones will be making an announcement on Friday.
