With tomorrow’s provincial budget expected to focus on the threat of tariffs, the St. John’s Board of Trade is pushing for inter-provincial trade barriers to be dropped.

But Fisheries Minister Gerry Byrne is repeating his call to drop the cost of Marine Atlantic first.
