At 11:30 pm on Wednesday evening, the RNC responded to a report of a possible impaired driver in Kilbride.

Responding officers located the reported vehicle. Officers were able to stop the vehicle and conduct an impaired driving investigation.

The 23-year-old male was placed under arrest and charged with refusal. The vehicle was impounded and the accused was released to appear in court at a later date.
