Volunteers provide many essential services throughout communities of our province.

An aging population, however, is placing volunteer numbers on the decline. Go Getters, is a non-profit organization focused on getting young people, between the ages of 19-30, more engaged in voluntary community service.

This past week the organization was on the Burin Peninsula hosting an outreach workshop on youth volunteerism. With that story, here is NTV’s Ross Tilley.
