Inside Story: Bell Island gets $1 million for youth employment
There was big news in Bell Island today as the Northpine Foundation announced just over a million dollars for youth in the area. The money includes plans to implement the Bell Island Youth Pathways to Employment Initiative, a three-year workforce development program to connect youth with paid employment and mentorship opportunities. Money will also go to the Bell Island Boys and Girls Club.
