Humber-Bay of Islands MHA Eddie Joyce is accusing the provincial government of playing politics with an announcement of a new PET scanner for the hospital in corner brook.

Joyce says, while the province is taking a victory lap over last week’s announcement, it’s downplaying the amount of time it will take for the new equipment to be available to patients.
