Over the past year we’ve brought you the story of Jack Whalen. He’s the man who set up a replica in front of Confederation Building of the cell at the Whitbourne Boys Home where he was held in solitary confinement. 

His mission has been to change the statute of limitations for abuse claims.  Today, Premier Andrew Furey announced changes will be happening.
