At 8:32 p.m. on Sunday evening, the RNC was called to a residence in the east end of St. John’s for a report of a break and enter.

As a result of the Investigation, a 42-year-old male was arrested and charged with break and enter, and breaching an emergency protection order.

The accused was held to appear in court.
