Man charged after RNC recovers stolen vehicle in St. John’s
A 36-year-old man has been charged after the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary recovered a stolen vehicle in the east end of St. John’s.
Police say officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle on Saturday and later located it.
Officers conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver.
The man was charged with possession of property obtained by crime and held at the St. John’s city lockup for a court appearance.
