RNC searching for missing teen in St. John’s
The RNC is asking the public for help locating a missing person in St. John’s.
Police are searching for 17-year-old Rianna Waye of St. John’s. Waye is described as approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, 230 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and black pants.
