Driver Believed to be Impaired by Drug in Hospital After Single-Vehicle Rollover on Topsail Road
After a single-vehicle rollover on Topsail Road near Commonwealth Avenue shortly before 11pm Sunday, RNC located the sole occupant, a 29-year old male believed to be impaired by drug. A blood kit was completed in hospital and he was charged with impaired driving. The accused was also ticketed for no insurance or registration, and remains in hospital with the matter still under investigation.
