Police investigating pedestrian, ATV collision on Bauline Line

The RRNC is investigating following a collision in Bauline.

On Sunday (Aug. 16) at approximately 5 p.m., officers responded to a collision involving a pedestrian and all-terrain-vehicle (ATV) on Bauline Line.

The pedestrian was sent to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. RNC Collision Reconstructionists were engaged to assist with the ongoing investigation.

The 40-year-old ATV driver was issued Summary Offence Tickets for operating with a suspended license and without valid insurance, as well as tickets under the Off-Road Vehicles Act. The ATV was seized.
