Wheels for Wishes gets green light, rain or shine, Saturday in St. John’s
Recognized as one of the province’s largest car shows, Wheels for Wishes brings it’s seventh annual fundraiser to the capital city this weekend.
From classics to hot rods, tuners, exotics and race cars, the province’s car enthusiasts are gathering at 141 Kelsey Drive in St. John’s Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.
Hundreds of vehicles will be on hand all in an effort to raise money for this year’s charity Candlelighters Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, an organization that works to help improve the quality of life for children with cancer.
Registration is $20 per car with all proceeds going towards the Candlelighters Project. Spectators get in for free.
