11-year-old youth brought to hospital following scooter-vehicle collision
A youth was taken to hospital on Monday afternoon after they were involved in a scooter-vehicle collision.
RNC officers were called to a parking lot on Torbay Road around 2:30 p.m. Monday afternoon (July 13, 2026) following the collision.
The RNC says the 11-year-old scooter operator was taken to the hospital as a precaution, and the file into the incident has concluded.
