MUN makes call for expressions of interest for Indigenous artist opportunity
Memorial University is inviting expressions of interest from Indigenous artists for an upcoming project that will contribute to the visibility, representation and celebration of Indigenous cultures across the university.
The selected artist will lead the development of a community-centred mural in the rose garden on the St. John’s campus, located between the School of Music, Science building and Henrietta Harvey/Math building.
The artist will design the mural in consultation with Indigenous students and the Office of Indigenous Affairs, and the wider Memorial University community will be invited to participate in the painting of the mural.
