Man charged with breach of conditions in St. John’s
On June 24, 2026 at approximately 3:06 p.m., members of Operational Patrol Services responded to the Village Mall to a report of an intoxicated male.
Upon arrival, officers located the male in the parking lot of a nearby business. The male, who is known to police, was found to be in breach of several court ordered conditions and was placed under arrest for these offences.
The 55-year-old male was charged with breach of Probation and Breach of Release Order and was conveyed to the St. John’s City Lockup to be held for a morning court appearance.
