RNC lay trafficking charges
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has charged a St. John’s man with drug related offences. On Friday, police were called to a home in the Elizabeth Avenue area of St. John’s. Inside the residence, officers observed drugs and weapons that led to the arrest of Robert White. Several items were seized from the home including:
- Approximately 145 grams of cocaine
- Digital Scales
- Canadian Currency
- Knife
- Bear Spray
The 40-year-old was held to appear in court on charges of possessing a controlled drug for trafficking, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and breaches of a release order.
