RNC searching for missing person Michael Talbot
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is seeking the assistance of the public in locating missing person Michael Talbot of St. John’s. The 65-year-old is described as approximately 5’9″ tall and a slim build. He was last seen in the downtown area wearing a black hoodie, black jacket, blue jeans, and black and white sneakers.
