Man Caught Frequently Peeping Into Business’s Windows Arrested After Confrontation With Police
Sunday night around 10:30, RNC received a report of an unwelcome person outside a downtown business, frequently peeping in through the windows with his face covered. Officers attended the scene and saw the man return. After a brief confrontation between police and the 42-year old, he was arrested for criminal harassment and resisting arrest. He was held for court.
