Labrador City Mayor weighs in on Churchill Falls review
It was the political news of the week: the Churchill Falls MOU is not in the best long-term interest of the people of Newfoundland and Labrador, according to the independent review panel tasked with reviewing the deal. One thing the panel says needs to be addressed, regardless of what comes of the MOU, is increased access to electricity in Labrador. NTV’s Bailey Howard has more.
