Fuel Prices Up Nearly Another Three Cents
The Public Utilities Board has issued a Wednesday morning update to fuel prices, and they’re up across the board. The price of gas has risen by 2.9 cents per litre, while diesel on the island is up 2.7 cpl, and furnace oil increases by 2.31 cents. For parts of Labrador, diesel rises by 2.5 cents per litre, and stove oil is up by 2.14 cents. The PUB’s next adjustment is expected tomorrow.
