Fuel Prices Swing Back Up in Wednesday’s Adjustment

The price of fuels continues to roller-coaster, and after yesterday’s drop, prices are back on the rise this morning. The Public Utilities Board has announced that the price of gas is up by 5.8 cents per litre, diesel rises by 5.7 cents, and furnace oil is up by 4.94 cpl. In parts of Labrador, diesel increases by 8.2 cents per litre and stove oil is up by 7.88 cents. The PUB’s next price adjustment is expected tomorrow.
