RNC Asks for Public’s Help Locating Missing Person Kelsey Lundrigan
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing 31-year old Kelsey Lundrigan of St. John’s. Lundrigan was last seen in the downtown area, wearing a dark-coloured jacket, dark pants, and dark shoes. She is described as 5’0″, 110lbs with long brown hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact RNC or Crime Stoppers.
