Clarenville RCMP seeking public’s assistance with break, enter and theft investigation

Clarenville RCMP is investigating a commercial break, enter and theft from a hardware store in Lethbridge, and asking anyone with information to contact them.

On March 12, police responded to a report of a theft from the Greenwood Home Hardware Building Centre located on Forest Drive in Lethbridge. An individual was captured on video surveillance breaking glass, entering the store and removing multiple power tools.

The theft occurred at approximately 10:50 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11.

The suspect is seen on camera wearing dark coloured clothing including a toque, a hooded sweatshirt, and a dark blue jacket with a horizontal light-coloured reflective stripe.

The ongoing investigation is being supported by the RCMP Forensic Identification Section (FIS).
