Registration open for Memorial University graduates
Memorial University is alerting graduating students that registration to attend spring convocation is open.
Convocation ceremonies take place in Corner Brook on May 14; in St. John’s, convocation ceremonies take place May 26-29.
Any student who is eligible to graduate in May 2026 and wishes to cross the stage during convocation ceremonies must complete two steps.
Convocation Step 1 is register to attend. Convocation Step 2 is to rent academic dress.
Students who graduated in absentia in February 2026 are also invited to attend spring convocation ceremonies.
The deadline for graduating students to register to attend their convocation ceremony, rent their academic dress and request guest tickets is April 22 for students in Corner Brook and May 5 for students in St. John’s.
Registering before the deadline ensures that students pay a reduced gown rental fee and receive their guest tickets.
