NLRegiment rally but lose in overtime
It was a thrilling game for fans at the Mary Brown’s Center Saturday night.
The hometown team trailed for most of the match, but rallied late in the third period. With just under two minutes left and trailing 2-0, Newfoundland got on the board after captain Justine Larose scored to make it 2-1.
The Regiment then tied it up with just 36 seconds left on the clock, but the Wildcats scored on the power play in overtime to spoil the comeback.
