Remembering Cougar Flight 491 on 17th anniversary
March 12th marks 17 years since Cougar Flight 491 crashed into the Atlantic Ocean off our provinces shores while transporting workers to an oil field. NTV’s Jodi Cooke reports on the longstanding tradition of remembering those impacted.
