Suspected Impaired Driver Charged With Refusal After Paradise Crash
Around 7pm on March 4th, RNC responded to a motor vehicle collision in Paradise. A driver of one of the vehicles was suspected to be impaired, and was charged for refusing to provide a sample. There were no injuries, and damage to the vehicles was moderate. The 27-year old was released to appear in court at a later date, and his vehicle was impounded.
