N.L. tourist in Mexico says tensions beginning to ease slightly
Tourists have been stranded in Puerto Vallarta and other parts of Mexico since Sunday, after cartel related violence broke out. As NTV’s Beth Penney tells us, for one Newfoundlander in the area on vacation, things are beginning to feel a little less tense.
