St. John’s Board of Trade to welcome new board of directors Wednesday
The St. John’s Board of Trade will formally welcome its 2026 board of directors at a ceremony Wednesday afternoon at the Delta St. John’s Hotel.
Anna Cook will be sworn in as the new board chair by St. John’s Mayor Danny Breen.
Cook will be joined by Geoff Spencer as vice-chair, Karen Veitch as second vice-chair, Byron Chubbs as immediate past chair, Tarah Schulz as treasurer, and AnnMarie Boudreau as CEO and ex-officio member.
The board says its 2026 directors represent businesses of various sizes across a range of sectors and industries.
The event runs from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Harbourview Room at 120 New Gower St. The swearing-in ceremony and remarks from Cook are scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
