Winter storm batters east coast with more to come
Another major winter storm battered the Eastern portion of the island overnight, shutting down much of the Metro region today. Government offices, K-12 schools, post secondary institutions, and many businesses were closed. NTV’s Marykate O’Neill was has tonight’s top story.
