Man arrested for breaking into a cabin near Gander
A 33-year-old man was arrested by Gander RCMP following a break and enter that occurred at a cabin in Smiths Waters early Monday morning.
A resident of the cabin provided police with the name and description of the suspect, as well as a description of the car used to leave the scene. Officers located the vehicle outside of a home in Gander.
The suspect was located inside of the home and placed under arrest for break and enter. He was released on conditions, and is due back in court in April. No items were reported stolen from the cabin, and there were no one was injured during the break and enter.
The investigation continues.
