Police charge Darryl Picco with recent Torbay property crimes
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has arrested a man wanted for break and enter and thefts.
Officers responded to Torbay Road Sunday, Feb. 15, at approximately 1 p.m., after receiving information that wanted person Darryl Picco was in the area. Police located Picco and arrested him for a number of outstanding charges, including a residential break and enter in Torbay.
The 44-year-old has been charged with:
- Break and Enter
- Three Counts of Theft Under $5,000
- Public Mischief
- Breaches of a Release Order
Picco was held to appear in court.
