Grand Falls-Windsor seniors concerned after legislation denies discount on taxes
Seniors in Grand Falls-Windsor recently found out provincial legislation means they’ll no longer be eligible for a discount on their taxes.
But the mayor there says he’s confident the minister will find a solution.
